How to Withdraw
Yes, kpz99 processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. You can receive funds via bank transfer or KBZPay within 15 minutes to 2 hours of the withdrawal being processed. There are no restrictions for public holidays or closed days.
Yes, but only after meeting the wagering requirement. kpz99's welcome bonus is a 100% first-deposit bonus, and you must wager the bonus amount 10 times before withdrawing. For example — if you receive a bonus of 20,000 Ks, you need to place bets totalling 200,000 Ks before you can withdraw. You can check your wagered amount from your account dashboard.
The minimum withdrawal amount at kpz99 is 20,000 Ks. This applies equally across all payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests below 20,000 Ks cannot be processed, so please make sure your balance is sufficient before requesting.
Withdrawals may stay in Pending status briefly due to verification checks. They are normally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. If yours has been Pending for more than 2 hours, please contact us via Live Chat. Also check that the account holder name on your payment account matches the name on your kpz99 account — this is a common cause of delays.
Withdrawals at kpz99 are normally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. KBZPay and Wave Money are generally faster than bank transfer. Longer processing times are usually caused by incomplete account verification or an incorrect withdrawal amount.
Account Registration & Login
Yes. You can access your kpz99 account from multiple devices. Just log in with your username and password. When logging in from a new device, a verification step may be required for account security — once completed, you can log in normally. The login URL is kpz99.mom; please use only that website.
Log in to your account and go to Profile Settings to update your name, phone number, and payment account details. Because your bank account name must match your kpz99 account name for withdrawals, please notify us via Live Chat before making any changes. Updates are applied immediately.
On the login page, use the "Forgot your password?" button to reset your password. Receive a verification code via your registered phone number or email, then set a new password. If you have trouble, contact the kpz99 support team via 24/7 Live Chat — assistance is available in Burmese.
kpz99 may temporarily suspend an account if unusual access is detected or if it does not comply with account security policies. You must be 21+ to open an account and play. If you encounter this issue, contact us immediately via Live Chat — your identity will be verified and the issue resolved quickly.
To open an account, have your registered name, phone number, and your bank or mobile wallet account details ready. Please also note that only one account per person is allowed.

Online Casino Games
Live Dealer games are games where you play with a real human dealer through a live camera connection on your phone or computer. You can watch the dealer handle cards or spin the wheel via livestream, and all game results are real. kpz99 Casino offers Live games including Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo, available 24/7.
Baccarat has two sides — Player and Banker. You bet on which side will get closer to 9. Face-value cards above 9 are dropped, so only the last digit of the total counts — for example, 7+5=12 means the value is 2. Getting 8 or 9 is called a "Natural" and no more cards are drawn. It's simple to follow, which makes it one of the most popular casino games among Myanmar players.
Roulette has many bet types. There are Straight-Up (single number), Red/Black, Odd/Even, and Dozen (1–12, 13–24, 25–36), as well as combination bets covering two, three, or six numbers — Split, Street, Corner, and Line. kpz99 Casino's Live Roulette is playable directly on the website, and you can bet in Ks without needing any other currency.
Yes, you can access kpz99 Casino through the browser on both Android and iOS phones. A good 4G or Wi-Fi connection is needed to stream the Live Dealer video smoothly. No app download is required — just visit kpz99.mom through your browser.
Dragon Tiger is similar to Baccarat in that two card sides compete, but it's simpler. One card each is dealt to Dragon and Tiger, and whichever side gets the higher card wins. There are no extra cards drawn like in Baccarat, so results come faster and the rules are easy to pick up. You can also bet on a Tie.
