1 General Agreement

These Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between every player ("you" or "player") who uses the kpz99 platform — including the website and related services — and kpz99 ("we").

By accessing the kpz99 platform, creating an account, or using the services in any way, you are deemed to have read and understood these Terms and agreed to comply with all of them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not continue using kpz99's services.

This document is written for Myanmar players and applies to the use of the kpz99 platform.

2 Account Registration and User Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be 21+ to play on kpz99. Anyone under 21 is not allowed to use this platform. We may request age verification documents such as a National Registration Card (NRC) at any time to confirm a player's age.

2.2 Individual Account

Each player may only hold one registered individual account on kpz99 at a time. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. If detected, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

The name, date of birth, and contact details provided during registration must be accurate and complete. Registering with false information may result in account suspension and loss of the ability to claim funds.

Important: You may not register using another person's personal details (name, bank account). You must use your own name and payment method only.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Password Protection

You are responsible for keeping your kpz99 account username and password secure. Do not share this information with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact kpz99 customer support immediately.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibition

Selling, gifting, or transferring your kpz99 account to another person is not permitted. If this is found to have occurred, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

3.3 Player Must Play Personally

Only the account holder may play on kpz99. We do not allow "Agent" arrangements where someone else plays on behalf of the account owner.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

kpz99 accepts deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. Players choose their preferred deposit method and must deposit only from their own personal payment account.

4.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted by the system.

4.3 Requesting a Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks, and withdrawals may only be made using the same method used to deposit. The withdrawal account must be the account holder's own account registered with kpz99.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Time

After a request is received, withdrawal processing normally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours. It may take longer due to verification checks or banking delays.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering Checks

Any payment may be subject to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, and withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold as a result of these checks.

We strictly prohibit third-party payments (payments made from an account that is not yours). If detected, the funds will be returned and the account relationship may be terminated.

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players making their first deposit at kpz99 can receive a 100% welcome bonus of up to 100,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. The 20,000 Ks bonus must be wagered 10x — meaning 200,000 Ks — before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. As an example at the upper end — deposit 220,000 Ks and receive a 100,000 Ks bonus for a balance of 320,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of 100,000 Ks × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus promotion has its own terms and conditions. Please pay close attention to the specific terms stated in each announcement.
  • Bonus funds are for each individual player's personal play. We do not allow anyone to use this platform as an intermediary to cycle deposits and bonuses.
  • The contribution rate for each game type toward wagering requirements may vary — details will be stated in each individual promotion announcement.
  • If we determine that a bonus is being intentionally or systematically abused, we may cancel the bonus and close the account.

5.3 Cashback and VIP Rewards

kpz99 has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members can receive up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver up to 1.0%, and Gold up to 1.5%. Our support team will contact you with details on how to move up tiers.

6 Game Rules

6.1 Player Responsibility

Players must understand the rules of each game we offer and make their own informed decisions when placing bets. By playing, players acknowledge that they accept the risk of financial loss that may result from their gameplay.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a software or server error causes incorrect results, kpz99 will void the affected games and any winnings from those games will not be paid out. Accounts of players who are found to have knowingly continued playing an exploitable error may be suspended.

6.3 Bet Limits

kpz99 may set maximum bet limits for individual games. Bets that exceed those limits may be rejected and returned.

6.4 Compliance with Local Laws

Players are responsible for checking and complying with the laws regarding online casino gaming in their own region. kpz99 takes no responsibility for any consequences arising from players accessing the platform from countries or regions where it is not permitted.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kpz99 platform—

  • Creating duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") and deliberately claiming bonuses multiple times
  • Deliberately placing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome through arbitrage
  • Using software bots, macros, automatic play tools, or any other automated playing technology
  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's server security
  • Using this platform for the purpose of money laundering
  • Threatening, abusing, or harassing other players or staff
  • Attempting to breach a game provider's software, data, or game logic

Any prohibited activity may result in account closure, loss of funds, and legal action.

9 Suspension and Closure of Service

9.1 Self-Exclusion by Player

Players who wish to temporarily suspend or permanently close their account can contact kpz99 customer support. kpz99 fully trusts that every player who chooses to play is able to make their own decisions responsibly.

9.2 Closure by Us

kpz99 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances—

  • A breach of these terms is found upon investigation
  • Suspicious activity relating to money laundering is detected
  • A third-party payment is identified
  • The player is found to be under 21 years of age
  • The information provided by the player is found to be inaccurate

9.3 Balance at Time of Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, kpz99 will decide whether to return the remaining balance based on the severity of the breach and whether any financial irregularity is involved.

10 Limitation of Liability

kpz99 provides this platform on an "as available" basis. We are not responsible for any losses caused by server delays, network issues, or other matters beyond our control.
